Definately The Best Way To Lose Body Fat
Are you looking for the best way to lose body fat? Let's start with my story.
I had become somewhat frustrated with my excess fat, how I looked in the mirror and my lack of confidence My relationships with my friends and family were also affected
To come out on 'the other side', not only 40lbs lighter, but with renewed energy and self-belief was a life changing event.
I can't guarantee that what I am about to tell you will change your life. I simply don't know if you are going to take action and follow through to completion. That is up to you, not me.
My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body - possibly it's the best way to lose body fat.
So here are 5 simple steps that could help you if you are over-fat, frustrated with your previous fat loss attempts and are struggling to gain momentum in the daily struggle to burn fat fast:
1. You must have absolute certainty that you need to change. Without that cast iron certainty, there is just no way that you will follow through. It can't be a half-baked idea, "oh, it's about time I lost some weight". That's not enough. You need to provide so much more commitment and dedication than that. You need to be 110% sure – and nothing less.
2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them - failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to find out the the best way to lose body fat. How much weight do you want to lose? Do you have a deadline by when you want to lose it? Your goals need to be realistic but also have stretch applied to them. If you need to lose a significant amount of weight, then you need to 'chunk' – break the bigger goal into smaller goals. These smaller goals will be more achievable in a shorter time frame and demonstrate that you are gaining momentum.
3. "Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day". It's by the late Jim Rohn. To eat healthily and to eat excercise regularly you need to develop great habits and apply daily consistency. Without consistency, you will fail - you will quickly go back to the way you were. This is not the best to way to lose body fat. Creating good habits takes time. Don't expect overnight success. There may be times where you fall off the wagon. The point here is not to get despondent. Take a step back and look back at your goals, why you are trying to achieve them and understand how you can improve in your application of daily consistency.
4. Eating healthy foods is the best way to burn fat fast. Eating healthily should mean eating balanced meals with complex carbohydrates, lean protein and healthy fats. Don't forget the vegetables and fruit too. You should be eating 5-6 small portioned meals every day. Restricting calorie intake is counter-productive. Restrictive diets slow down your body's metabolism causing you to store fat rather than burn it! Eating small portions often will help keep your metabolism elevated – ideal for fat burning.
5. Isn't it time you got active may be 3-4 times every week? I don't mean stepping on a treadmill and plodding along at low intensity for 30 minutes. That's not the best way to lose body fat. I am strong advocate of high intensity training whether it is resistance training or interval training. Allow me to explain what I mean. High intensity exercise keeps your workouts to less than 30 minutes, but more importantly keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours. Resistance training also creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. The bottom line is that more muscle means more calories burned whilst resting. It's the best way to lose body fat.

May be it's the follow through and consistency that scares you.

How would you feel right now if you had the lean body that you have always dreamed of?
