How My Life Is Better Since Hiring A Fitness Trainer
I gained a new perspective on my life and general health with the aid and support I received from the personnel at my fitness club. I have been able to build a healthy lifestyle with positive regimens. There's a sign above the door that states "We Care Here", I can't think of a better motto. I not only get the instruction with my physical fitness training but my personal fitness trainer is always helpful in going over nutrition, setting goals and providing healthy doses of encouragement. I've been thinking of getting a personal trainer certification myself. While the personal training gives you 1-on-1 attention there is also a good community feel to the fitness club, as you get to know some of the other people as you come and go. There's also a healthy level of serious competition - whether it is trying to get your name on the board for member of the week or simply improving on your cardio.
I have been training extremely hard with a personal fitness trainer to prepare (for BCT, et cetera) and now my personal fitness trainer is concerned that I may have a meniscus tear (a small tear in the cartilage in my kneecap). I like to be pushed rather hard and my personal fitness trainer is a good motivator - pushing me far beyond what I think my limits are with a mix of old school weights, functional core work and a range of cardio activities to increase fitness. My coach learned about these things while getting a personal trainer certification.
I love the cross coach but I just hate running, however for now I just do what my personal fitness trainer is telling me to do. I made my goals at the outset, and now my personal fitness trainer is holding me responsible. I signed up for the full account so that I can back up my facts on line and set my own eating plan plans - my personal fitness trainer is helping me. I am so glad my coach decided to get a personal trainer certification. You can get a much better feel for your progress and isolate the foods which are doing damage.
I'm two weeks in to my nine-week exercise program and my personal fitness trainer is expecting me.
